About Me
dr. Radiana has a research interest in stem cell and tissue engineering. The first biomedical research ever taken was studying microenvironment neonates rat’s heart, adult and senilis with expression matrics Tenascin Cell C (TNC). TNC is a protein which has the highest expression In embrional network. The next research focused on to look at TNC expression location in the lung and pancreas with pluripoten stem cell location or proliferation cell marker. The funds for both of this research was granted by Risbin Iptekdok 2009 and Hibah Doktor from DRPM UI 2009. Award for International Publication was received in 2009 from DRPM UI.
In 2009, dr. Radiana went to Germany to culture Embryonic Stem Cell (ESC) Marmoset and Large Splice Variant (LSV) expression research, TNC from Teratoma Induction ESC in SUESC ReBirth Lab, Medizinische Hochschule Hannover (MHH).
Today dr. Radiana is initiating stem cell research for liver regeneration with Stem Cell Cluster FKUI – RSCM, Children Hepatolofy and Hepatobillier LPD Division and also Digestive Surgery RSCM.
