dr. Dewi Sukmawati, M.Kes., PhD. is an Assistant Professor in Department of Histology. Her main research of interests are including Histology, angiogenesis, regenerative medicine in physiology and disease models, and biomedicine in physiology and pathology condition, especially metabolic-related diseases and cardiovascular diseases. She works with adult stem cells (Bone marrow, MSC, HSC, ADSC), endothelial progenitor cells, endothelial cells and macrophage. She is currently also an active researcher in Stem Cell and Tissue Engineering (SCTE) laboratory of IMERI-FMUI. She also serves as a reviewer in several national journals, including Malang Neurology Journal, Medical and Health Science Journal of UNUSA and Medical Journal of UNRAM.
